I'm a single mum to three awesome teen boys and an adult daughter with her hands full, a full time real estate agent, a Swim Canada Official (usually the referee -- that's the one with the whistle), a connoisseur of cheesy sci-fi and horror series' (the gory ones with badly written plots), and I mostly don't eat anything with a label these days, and I couldn't live without my Instant Pot.
